- How We Share Information
Rest assured, Gopal does not sell, rent, license, or trade your Personal Information. We may

- As Directed by You. When you direct us to share Personal Information, we will do so on your
behalf.
- Service Providers. Gopal may share your Personal Information with other companies that work
with, or on behalf of, Gopal to provide products and services. For example, some of the
types of service providers include payment processors, order fulfillment, marketing and

cloud storage, and IT and security vendors.
- Healthcare Providers and Pharmacies. Gopal may share your Personal Information to provide
Services to you, such as treatment, running our healthcare operations, processing payments,
pharmacy
fulfillment services, and quality assurance reviews.
- As Required by Law, To Prevent Harm and/or in the Public Interest. We may provide Personal
Information about you to respond to subpoenas, court orders, legal processes, or governmental
regulations, to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims. Where

by contacting the Patient Support Team at 469-545-8645 or by sending us a secure message through the
Services:
- Communications: You can choose whether we may contact you (such as through email, in-product
notifications, push notifications, or text messages) for a product or promotional purposes, or
certain transactional messages, such as an appointment or prescription notifications. Except as
required to provide you the Services you requested, you can also ask that we stop sending
SMS/text
messages by replying “STOP.”. You can also click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of promotional
email
communications.
- Access: You can access and download your Personal Information processed by Gopal.
- Correction: You can correct certain account information, such as the email address or phone
number
associated with your account. You can also make these changes in your account settings.
- Deletion: You can delete your account at any time. Please keep in mind we are required to retain
certain limited information for legal and regulatory purposes, such as information that is part
of
your medical record.
